Kaitlyn is a super picky eater. There are two things she absolutely LOVES though, Reese's and pizza! So tonight I thought we'd do breakfast for dinner and have Chocolate Peanut Butter Stuffed French Toast. Everyone loved it too.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1 can cinnamon buns
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 8x8 pan. Open the can of cinnamon buns. Separate buns and cut into corners. Place bun pieces in the bottom of the pan in a single layer.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and mix in cream, vanilla, cinnamon, peanut butter, and chocolate. Poor in pan over buns.
Cook in oven for 30 minutes, or until it does not jiggle when moved.
Drizzle icing from cinnamon bun can over the top of the french toast. Enjoy!
