Strawberries and Cream Stuffed French Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can cinnamon buns

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 8x8 pan.  Open the can of cinnamon buns.  Separate buns and cut into corners.  Place bun pieces in the bottom of the pan in a single layer.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and mix in cream, vanilla, cinnamon, strawberries, and chocolate.  Poor in pan over buns.
Cook in oven for 1 hour, or until it does not jiggle when moved.
Drizzle icing from cinnamon bun can over the top of the french toast.  Enjoy!
