Cupcake INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 stick of butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Cupcake DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line with paper liners two muffin tins (each with 12 openings).In a medium bowl sift all dry ingredients.In another medium bowl cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.Mix in alternating dry ingredients and milk, until well combined.Using an ice cream scoop place batter into cupcake lined muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
CUPCAKE INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 sticks of butter, room temperature
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
4 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat all ingredients together until smooth. Then whip on high speed for 1 minute to make frosting fluffy.
Refrigerate any leftover frosting.

I gave my camera to Brian to document this. Let's just say he's not ready to shoot for Berryphotos quite yet. We got a lot of pictures of torsos with no heads. This is the only good shot he captured. :)
