Cheese & Bacon Quiche





Ingredients:
1 Pre-made Pie Crust, 9 in
1 Package Bacon Bits
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups Cream
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Method:
1) Bake empty pie crust in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
2) Meanwhile, prepare filling. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, thyme, and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle the egg mixture with the bacon and cheeses.
3) Bake until golden and custard is set, about 40 minutes. Serve warm.

Makes 8 Servings
