Oven Fried Potato Chip Chicken with Honey & Garlic

3 boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded and cut into finger size pieces
1 cup mayo
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
6 oz Lays potato chips
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Honey for drizzling

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking dish with nonstick spray. Dip chicken in mayo coating all edges. Dredge in flour. Whisk egg and milk in small bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Place in baking dish. Place chips and spices in ziplock bag. Break up chips and combine. Pour chip mixture over chicken and lightly press to adhere to egg mixture. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Drizzle honey on top of chicken and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve hot!
